| The Board of Directors are volunteers who serve as a governing body for the agency. The Board's primary purpose is to assure that the agency fulfills its mission and meets its goals. This is done by setting Board policy, reviewing and approving programs and budgets developed and implemented by the Executive Director and ensuring financial stability and accountability. The Board delegates to the Executive Director the function of ensuring that the agency complies with all applicable laws and state Family Violence Program rules.
